• We use a range of courier services including TNT, UPS, DHL and Royal Mail.

• Stated costs are based on volumetric weight. Actual weight may vary, we use volumetric weight to estimate shipping costs.
• Items that are over 1.5m in length or unusually shaped may attract additional delivery charges.
• Items that are over 200kg will need to be specially consigned as freight. This will incur additional charges.
• We use a range of courier services including DHL and Royal Mail. In certain circumstances we may have to use an alternative courier company – we will let you know in our dispatch notification if this is the case.

Working in partnership with DHL and Royal Mail we are able to ship to almost every country in the world. If you find shipping is unavailable at checkout to your destination please get in touch via the Contact Us page, please include your full address as well as what you wish to purchase and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a quotation.

Price will vary depending on your location and the size and weight of your parcel. International delivery is calculated at checkout based on current prices. In some instances we can offer freight services for extremely large/heavy shipments, this is subject to enquiry. We may also split your order into individual parcels for shipping in order for you to get the best price.

Timescales for delivery vary depending on your location and which service you have selected at checkout. As a guideline Economy services normal take up to 7 working days for delivery, Standard services can take between 3-5 working days, and Express services are usually 1-2 days. We will provide tracking details that normally include an estimated delivery time.
